Please register with the site to receive customised email updates and invitations to our events.  Registration allows you to filter the emails you receive in accordance with your areas of interest.  You may change your password and manage your subscriptions by visiting your Profile page.

How to register:

  1. Click “Register / Login Here” above.
  2. Select “Register” just below the password field.
  3. Give yourself a username for the website (this will appear beside any comments that you might make). Enter your email address and click on “Register” again.
  4. We will send you a temporary password.  Simply activate the account from your activation email and enter your given password.
  5. Once you are logged into your dashboard you will need to choose a new more memorable password for yourself.  Scroll down and enter your new password twice.  Click “Update Profile“.

How to manage your subscriptions:

  1. Click on “Subscriptions” on the left of your dashboard.
  2. You are automatically subscribed to all areas of the website.  Untick the categories that you no longer wish to subscribe to and “Update Preferences“.

Formed in May 2009, the Scottish Human Rights Law Group is a non-affiliated, independent, professional network for those engaged in legal practice and study, in academia and politics, in campaigning and in the provision of advice. It exists to raise awareness and knowledge of human rights law in Scotland, and to provide a forum for discussion of matters of interest across the field. The group organises seminars and roundtable discussions on human rights and is accredited for the purposes of CPD.
