Case concerned appeals against extradition orders on the grounds that the EAWs did not comply with the Extradition Act 2003, s 2(4)(c) and in relation to second appellant on the ground that his removal would breach his rights under ECHR, art 8 as he needed to care for his son who suffered from Sickle Cell Anaemia.
