Equalities and Human Rights Commission Guidance to Public Authorities on the Provision of Goods and Services to Trans People

The Equalities and Human Rights Commission has published guidance to public authorities on the provision of goods and services to trans people, in order to help public authorities meet their equality duties and human rights obligations towards trans people.

The Commission state that “[t]he guidance will help public authorities to be clear on what they are expected to do to comply with the law and provide their trans service users with the goods, facilities and services to which they are entitled.”
