Reports on the Privy Council decision in Rodriguez v Minister of Housing of Gibraltar on whether a housing policy, which prohibited an application for a joint tenancy between long-term same sex partners on the basis that they were not married and had no children, constituted unlawful discrimination contrary to the Constitution of Gibraltar s.14.
