Lord Bingham – Keynote address at Liberty Conference

Lord Bingham of Cornhill delivered the keynote address at the Liberty’s 75th anniversary conference, “Common Values in Times of Crisis”, on 6th June 2009.  His speech covered the history of Liberty and the Human Rights Act.
