Tabernacle v Secretary of State for Defence
May 18, 2009 | No CommentsThe Atomic Weapons Establishment Aldermaston Byelaws 2007 which prohibited camping violated the rights of members of the Aldermaston Women’s Peace Camp to freedom of expression and association under Articles 10 and 11. The Court of Appeal warned that the difference between interfering with a protest per se, and interfering with its manner and form, could be an illusory one.
