S v Rochdale Metropolitan Borough Council

Rochdale identified despite its protests and the existence of a confidentiality clause in relation to the settlement of an action brought by S. Munby J approvingly quoted Brandeis J as to sunlight being the best disinfectant.

This case was decided on 31 December 2008 in the Family Division of the High Court and is available here.
