Strathclyde Joint Police Board v. The Elderslie Estates Ltd.

The right to respect for property was unsuccessfully sought to be relied upon before the Lands Tribunal for Scotland by a feudal superior opposing the discharge of a land obligation under a feu contract except on payment to them of substantial compensation.
